RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Traditional Japanese Tattoo -Irezumi- are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are fully responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Honke Horiyoshi | Kensho 1st is not responsible for any delay due to customs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Thanks for shopping at Honke Horiyoshi | Kensho 1st. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch, we are here to help. You have 14 calendar days after delivery to let us know that you wish to return an item.

Always contact us prior to sending back one or more items. Items that are shipped back to us without prior contact will not be refunded.
Because of the nature of these items – unless items arrive damaged or defective – we cannot accept returns for: custom or personalized orders, perishable products, digital downloads/virtual items, intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons), items on sale, workshops.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs will never be returned – unless items arrive damaged or defective. Please include a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase when returning an item.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel your order at Honke Horiyoshi | Kensho 1st at any time during the period which commences on the day the order was placed and ends on the expiry of 14 days, beginning on the date of delivery of the products.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Honke Horiyoshi | Kensho 1st attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Honke Horiyoshi | Kensho 1st does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of our sites is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by Honke Horiyoshi | Kensho 1st itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition within 14 days of purchase.
